Instructions

- Step 1: Place oats in food processor or blender for 30-60 seconds

- Step 2: Oats should look like a course ground flour when done being blended.

- Step 3: Place all ingredients into a small ramekin or baking dish that is oven safe. Mash banana with a fork and mix thoroughly.

- Step 4:Bake for 20 minutes at 425F degrees until done and lightly browned.

Substitutions
This recipe is gluten free already so its nice that I don't have to add an alternative substitution but here is the dairy free option just incase anyone wants to make a substitution.
- Dairy Free- instead of whey protein powder use a vegan vanilla powder

Ingredients
- • 30g 04 ⅜ cup oats
- • 50g or 3TBSP egg whites
- • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- • A pinch of salt
- • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- • 1 ripe banana (mashed)(80g)
- • ⅓ cup or 113g almond milk
- • 10g protein whey powder vanilla or salted caramel
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2.In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth.
3.Add the oats, egg whites, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, almond milk, and protein powder to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
4.Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or individual ramekin.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
6.Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your warm and cozy dish!
