My journey in fitness is not just about achieving goals but also about sharing knowledge and experiences. I aim to inspire, support, and pass on my knowledge with remote fitness and nutrition coaching via my app. I also love creating macro-friendly, high-protein, and healthy versions of our favorite Recipes, which I share on my blog to make healthy eating both delicious and accessible.
Outside of the gym, I am a devoted wife to my supportive husband and a mother to a wonderful nine-year-old daughter. We live on a ranch in northern California, surrounded by horses and a variety of farm animals, which brings us joy. I also compete in Wellness NPC bodybuilding which keeps me motivated and constantly learning. This balance of family, fitness, and the outdoors enriches my life and fuels my passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
