This is by far the most tender juicy chicken that was inspired by my love for smoky wood and traditional greek seasonings. Greek chicken is one of my favorites to make because it is full of flavorful seasonings that can can be used to make so many fabulous foods from sandwiches to pizza or even salads. Instructions
- Remove skin, trim excess fat, and pat chicken dry with paper towels.
- Pour seasoning mixture over the chicken.

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freezer for up to 3 months.

Greek Grilled Chicken Thighs
Greek chicken that can be made on any grill or smoker. This is the perfect recipe for a tender juicy chicken that is quick and easy to make for any meal or your next meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1.5 LBS Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Zest of half the Lemon
- 2 teaspoon Mediterranean Seasoning
- 2 teaspoon Italian Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Salt & Pepper
Instructions
1.Remove skin and trim excess fat from chicken. Pat chicken dry with paper towels and set aside in a large bag or bowl.
2.Mix remaining seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl.
3.Pour seasoning mixture over the chicken and coat evenly.
4.Place chicken on grill or smoker until cooked half way thru and nicely browned flip and cook on the other side. Approximately 8 min for a grill or 20 min for a pellet smoker.
5.Once the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165F you can remove it from the grill and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before cutting or serving
